Greg Weingart is Vice President and General Counsel of FFC. Greg was a partner with the law firm of Eckert Seamans and served as the Chairman of the corporate practice group. He has over 20 years experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate and security matters, including restructurings, financings and public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. After graduating with a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois, he earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.

Mr. Weingart currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium, and as a member of the Board of Directors of Riverview Towers. He has also served as an advisor to several women-owned businesses through the PowerLink organization. |
