Milton Fine

Milton Fine is Chairman of FFC Capital Corporation which was formed for the purpose of investment management, as well as the acquisition and development of real estate, including hotels. Mr. Fine was the co-founder, along with Edward A. Perlow, of Interstate Hotels Corporation, which became the largest independent hotel management company in the world.

Mr. Fine has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Wyndham International Hotel Company, the Norton Museum of Art in Palm Beach, Florida, the Carnegie Institute, University of Pittsburgh and the New Museum of Contemporary Art in New York. He was Chairman of the Carnegie Museum of Art and was one of the founders, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of The Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh. He was also Chairman of the Investment Committee of the United Jewish Federation of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Fine was the recipient of the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts Cultural Award in 1995. The University of Pittsburgh awarded the Bicentennial Medallion of Distinction to Mr. Fine for his service to the University and to the community. In 2009 Mr. Fine was invited to deliver the annual Journeys Lecture at Carnegie Mellon University and in 2012, he, along with his wife Sheila, were awarded a Doctorate of Public Service by Chatham University.

Mr. Fine is the Chairman of The Fine Foundation, a private foundation, which makes grants for various charitable purposes. Mr. Fine holds a BA (magna cum laude) and a JD from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He is married to Sheila Reicher Fine. He and Sheila share six children and 15 grandchildren
